Directions to camp

TRAVEL INFO (for campers arriving by plane/train/bus)

Can a camper stay at camp between two sessions? Yes. The charge is $100 between sessions which includes some light yard work and camp improvement.

Check-in is from 1:30-2:30pm; check out is from noon to 2pm.

Where can parents stay near Slovenski Camps?  There are a group of rental cabins available two minutes from Slovenski Camps.  Information can be found at http://www.plummerville.com/

Girls' cabins are on one side of the beach, and boys' cabins are on the other. Cabins are supervised by the residential counselor staff every night.

What to Bring:

    shorts (6)
    t-shirts (6)
    socks (10)
    running shoes (2)
    throwing shoes
    water shoes (optional, but recommended)
    steel toed boots (optional, but required for splitting wood)
    shin guards (recommended for splitting wood)
    sleeping bag: campers sleep in sleeping bags on top of mattresses on camp beds
    sheet
    pillow if arriving by car (we provide pillows for those arriving by plane)
    long sleeve shirt
    wind pants or other long pants
    wind breaker / light rain coat
    swimsuit and towel
    toothbrush, toothpaste, floss (required)
    summer reading book / homework
    energy bars / snacks in animal proof containers are recommended(powerbars, clif bars, gatorade, etc)

Optional:

    water bottle
    sandals
    hat, sunglasses, sunscreen
    insect repellant
    swim goggles

Campers may bring cell phones for use during meal times.

What NOT to bring:

    mp3 players
    laptop computers
    video game systems
    jewelry
    cash
    other valuables

Snacks and food must be in sealed containers.

FOOD ALLERGIES

Refund Policy - Before June 1st we will refund all but $50.  After June 1st we cannot make any refunds.
